  • A 50% deposit will be required before moving forward. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Once you're ready to move forward, you'll be emailed a design contract that is to be signed and returned to us before we can begin. This is very important, so please read carefully. Once the signed contract is received, a template will be emailed for you to complete with the wording for your designs. Then proofs will be sent for review and approval.

  • Once the final proof is approved, we'll begin production on your invitations. Once completed, your designs will be shipped to you ready for you to assemble and mail. We can even assemble them for you for an additional charge.

  • Please note: All design consultations will be done via email or as a scheduled call with our designer. No exceptions.
